The Client:
EoM is part of the Dynaf Group and provides services solutions in the Caribbean and in South America.

The Project:
Develop and build an app streamlining the purchase and maintenance of UPS systems with customers in Colombia, Puerto Rico and Trinidad and simplify communication around it. The target: Give customers the opportunity to report failures 24/7 and follow the repair process with a tracking method; let the staff share information and knowledge about the malfunctions and point out trainings and seminars in their field of study, etc. Because of its logical flow and simple symbols, the app has become a user-friendly tool. The app runs on iOS and Android and was built by Mediafeel in Colombia. Our Spanish-speaking team member Carla Contreras coached this project.
